New York is in the process of making certification happen in their state.

On 8/1/07 the Connecticut Central Service Association started the process of getting a committee together to get certification for CS staff in their state. Click on the link to find more information.

I have heard rumors of other states looking at this issue but have not been able to confirm where I can print that information. I will keep you posted as I find out.
